Mobikwik — My Mobile No Is [protected] not Recharged, But Amount 350/- deducted from wallet

I have recharge my mobikwik account by Rs.350/- Dated 08/05/2014 Time 15:29:33.the same amount has been deducted from my Credit card but it has not been added to my mobikwik.pls request you to look into this mater.pls try to solve this...
