Mobikwik — My money debited from bank account but not able to use mobikwik balance | |||||
I am Komal Kedia, resident of Delhi. My complain is about mobikwik.com. On 27th Sep 2016 I placed an order for food using mobikwik wallet. For that my wallet amount was insufficient so I added approx 122.11 Rs in mobikwik wallet and then proceed to check out. After checkout the food order company declined the payment and credited the 122.11 Rs i mobikwik wallet. Which is immediately showing in wallet history. But not reflecting in total balance. My total balance is Rs 28/- which should be 28+122.11=150.11. Now I tried to contact customer support of Mobikwik many times and tried to call in given contact no. but they are not picking the call, and not processing tickets I have generated. Its not a good company. Earlier also I got msg from mobikwik that my account is going to be closed without any reason, where some balance was still remaining in my wallet.
