[Resolved] Mobikwik — my money got deducted and electricity bill not paid | |
My name is arushi mann.. Sir i was paying my electricity bill via mobikwik app on 11 oct 2019 which is 4992 rupees... And my balance was deducted from my account... But now the problem is my electricity bill still not paid.. And balance got deducted now its 12 oct 2019 and it is not paid yet... I was doing complaint so many times to mobikwik... But still my problem not solve.. Still they are not refunding my money.. I send them so many messages via app but everytime they send me computerised message again and again which is wait for 2-3 days wait for 2-3 days.... Please solve my problem it's my humble request... I tried to contact customer care through phone but i get only no response from thier side...
