Mobikwik — My no is not in use and I have balance in my mobikwik wallet

Hii.. i was using wallet from no. [protected] and now the no is not in used i raise complain regarding my wallet balance and executive told me that wallet amount will be credited in your bank account but i did not got any tranfer of mobikwick balance to my bank account my new no is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com .
