Mobikwik — My payment is not reflecting in my Vodafone Bill payment

Dear Sir / Mam, I am Sai Sagar patnaik, My Contact number is [protected], I work in Times Group Hyderabad, I have made a online payment of Rs. 2500 on through Mobikwik on Tue Jan 06 21:33:33 IST 2015, The Transaction id came from MOBIKWIK is [protected]. The money went from my Karnataka bank account. I have the Bank SMS / MOBIKWIK SMS & EMAIL Today is 13th Jan, The money is not reflected on my vodafone account yet. Have mailed them the querry but nobody bothered to respond back. Please help Sai Sagar Patnaik
