Mobikwik — my recharge not done but money deducted

I recharged my airtel digital tv [[protected]] on 27th may 2019 with rs 384 in the mobikwik app.
The app took my money but till now not get recharge or cash back even i complained repeatedly.
They are not responding to my complaints
I submitted here my number and order id so please respond to problem. My name is soma sonu gawas & my mobile no is ([protected]).
