Mobikwik — my refund regarding

I had tried to Recharge a mobile number by trying to add money to my wallet from my debit card. The first time I tried to transfer 2000 rupees, it was unsuccessful but I was deducted of 2000 rupees from the account with no change in my wallet. The next time I tried transferring 1950, I was successful and got the recharge done.. I want my 2000 rupees that was deducted refunded as soon as possible.
