I have been following up on email and in Help & Support section from last 1 month in Mobikwik app but haven't received any response till date.
I have done the ZIP payment of INR 9, 860.16 on 2nd Dec which is before due date i.e. 5th Dec, but it has not been updated yet in the system. I am getting the notifications of the payment and the late fees charges daily. Please investigate this and close this issue asap.
