Mobikwik — Need loan closure report from the mobikwik

I have a loan from the mobikwiki of rupees 60000 and the loan EMI for 12 month and it's completed now I need NOC for the same so please provide me the NOC So I can make my civil better. I have email many time to the mobikwik for the NOC but didnt received yet.
