Mobikwik — No clear response on disputed transaction.

Recently i made payment with zomoto through mobikwik wallet, for some error with mobikwik app, twice transections were declined, and amount got deducted from the account both times for the same amount. I tried calling mobikwik customer care, they said, they don't don't any transections history with my current registered number. And asked me sent the screenshot of the transection which went through, i did that. But still no response.

Now i called again, the customer care executive keep insisting me, i wrong by my side,
Her description was - i had a mobikwik wallet with different number and transections and amount went through that wallet account not the current account.
Here is the funny part - mobikwik unlike any other digital wallet, it's secured with 2fa factor, every time you login to the account, you receive a otp on the registered number.
Now the old account, i lost that sim, for about an 1 year ago and couldn't login to that account, obviously not able to receive the otp,
That's the whole reason i registered the wallet with a different number which i have access to now. This incident happened on oct 30, two days prior to today,
Now in the first place, transections couldn't have gone through the account which i can't login, absolutely not possible with receiving otp, or if it has then mobikwik is not secure wallet!!!
Now zomoto notified me out of two transections, one they have processed the refund but also to my old wallet, which i can't access without otp. 2nd transection amount still mobikwik doesn't have response to that.

I am in loss for the amount 660. Just because mobikwik unsecure system error,
I am adding the screenshot as evidence.
