Mobikwik — no customer care support or help to solve supercash issue

I had recently paid rs.1530 at medplus website using mobikwit wallet that time i had supercash amount of more than rs. 200 in my wallet but single rupee was not deducted from my supercash amount.
Then no point in having or getting supercash into wallet. Please resolve this issue and allow me to use or utilize my supercash otherwise i will lose my hard earned money as cashback into supercash.

Please make sure that mobikwik customer service should be customer reachable and resolvable any issue with immediate action.
