Mobikwik — no one resolved my previous complaint and again these people have looted amount from my account

I have paid my mobile bill but the amount was not paid. Mobikwik people told they will resolve the issue and asked me to share my mobikwik screen and asked me to add money to the wallet and I was doing the same also they have debited my money from my card again and the total amount comes to 7510
