On Jan 17th I paid bill payment of 5900/- to Mobikwik Zip Pay through UPI but for me it is showing transaction is successful and amount is debited from my Bank Account but Mobikwik Application it is showing sucess but when I called to customer service of Mobikwik they said technical glitch payment was failed they said it will refund to you bank account automatically from 24 to 48 hours, Ok I waited for 20th again I asked to customer care they said we raised it to escalation team with high priority but today is 26th of jan still not yet refunded. 20th is my payment date if one day is delay they added charges of 800rs extra that why I paid 6000 again but I Called to customer care service for 7 times but customer team is saying it is in pending status please allow some time, again they raised ticket for resolution every time when I called to customer service same story for refund they are not confirmed they are not providing any confirmation date. what
kind of service they are providing to customers simply they raise tickets to escalation team but for that tickets no response every time I called they raised one ticket, Mobikwik zip is 15 days cycle payment after 15 days thay charged 800 rs extra for 6000 rupees but for our money they are not providing refund, so please kindly check provide resolution for this issue.
