[Resolved] Mobikwik — Non-payment of my BSES Rajdhani Bill for Rs 5030 | |||
I deposited Rs.5030/- with Mobikwik on 10.6.14 with a request to pay my Electricity bill. On demanding ID proof, I forwarded a copy of my Voter I Card to Mobikwik. Thereafter i was informed that the ticket created has been resolved. However, to my surprise I received notice of disconnection of my Electricity from BSES for non payment of bill for Rs.5030/-. I have requested Mobikwik to refund my Rs.5030/- on 3.7.14 but I am not informed if the needful has been done by Mobikwik or not. However, SMS is being sent to me that the Ticket No-892283 stands resolved. I need to get a clear answer that Rs.5030/- has been refunded to me. No call centre number is available of Mobikwik. Their Mob No-[protected] is not available as there is a message that this number is discontinued. Was this information helpful? | |||
