Mobikwik — not able to login | |||||
Have a mobikwik account with [protected] this phone no. I am unable to login to my account since 9-august-2017. Whenever i am trying to login it is throwing below pop up even though i am getting the otp "you failed to login 3 times". And after this when i am entering the otp, i am getting another pop up "otp entry not found" And some time i am getting new popup "invalid cell number". I have mailed thrice and there is no response, there is no proper customer support number, where we can call to raise the issue. I have raises a request through app, but still issue is not resolved Ticket no: 6855988 If you are not able to resolve the issue please return whatever money i am having in my wallet to my bank account Was this information helpful? | |||||
