Mobikwik — not able to redeem supercash

Dear team,

I have supercash of 3500+ in my account, and mobikwik as written in faq that 5% of supercash can be redeemed for all transaction. But i am unable to redeem supercash for any of my transacation from last month and supercash (1000 approx) is going to expire on 16th may, even i have sent complaint to mobikwik 2-3 times about the issue but they are closing the tickets without informing me.
