Mobikwik — not able to transfer any amount to anywhere and not able to pay any bill

From last 2 days trying to tranfer some fund and pay some credit card and phone bill. Not even a single money is teanfering from mu account always showing error email id not found and not otp is received any where
Trying to get in touch with support teqm always showing message invalid cell no.
I want urgent notofication of the problem i need to tranfet some money urgently
