Mobikwik — not providing monthly transaction summary | |||||
I require the monthly transaction summary to settle an issue with a website and mobikwik is not issuing the same. They are refusing to provide the summary irrespective of asking them multiple times. They are supposed to send me the statement everymonth which is not happening. The customer is totally useless and not of any help. They do not have a contact number either.
