Mobikwik — not received the amount

Hello everyone has my transaction got failed of 4000 rupees and till now i have not received the amount. So please check and refund my amount immediately n and i m trying to contact many time and i was on line from 15 min and they are not receiving the call and i hope there is no customer care for mobikwik only to make people fool they kept customer care number and i have to get 4200 rupees.

Sir my electricity bill of rs 3671 which is paid through mobikwik no. [protected] which is wrongly paid 2 times with ref id Mk[protected] and ref id Mk[protected] plz help me for cancil my 1 transaction and refund my payment
