Mobikwik — not recharge in jio prepaid

Sir i have installed mobikwik app and now i m add 400 rs.in this app. I have recharged jio plan 399 rs.in mobikwik app but recharged is not successful no status is confirmed. My account rupees debt 399 but no status will confirmed and no recharge in jio phone... I have screen short in recharge details... I have new customer in this app but my experienced is worst. Please my ruppes will be refund or do my recharged. Tx ref. Id - rj[protected].
Please do something priority bases ots urgent to solve my problem.

Hi,
I have wrongly transferred 4900 money to wrong person with mobile number [protected]. Please kindly reverse my money back. It was mistakenly done. I raised a request in app and the ticket number is #8665293
