Mobikwik — not transferred money to bank account

Dear sir, i have a complaint that i have recharged dth wrong through mobikwik sir i requested to dth company to reverse the amount the amount is 13650rs they helped me and reverse to mobikwik but now mobikwik doesn't reversed to my account. Sir now i don't know where my money is. It is nor in my account and nor in my mobikwik wallet. Sir help me to have my money back to my account.
