Mobikwik — Offer got affected due to Mobikwik latest recharge | |||||
I have added money to Mobikwik account on 31 March 2017 for my mobile recharge. when I was trying to recharge my number by using Mobikwik Wallet. It was not successfully recharged on the day and money also got deducted from wallet.after that I have raised the complaint to Mobikwik to refund money back to wallet & I don't need to recharge from your side.after 3 days later they have recharged my account without my notice. My question is, who can wait for 3 days to recharge my account.??...I clearly told to Mobikwik to refund money back to wallet. Offer date also got over..??? 31 march 2017... they have recharged after 3 days... So this unethical behavior from Mobikwik website. Please take a look at my concern...
