Mobikwik Online — cheating customer through super cash back schemes

Dear sir,
Mobikwik an on line payment wallet (Like paytm) company is cheating customers through their super cash back schemes.
While using their payment mode they are awarding 10 to 20% supercash but this is not transferred to consumer wallet.
As per their rules this will be transferred on subsequent purchases through wallet.
I made several transactions later but they are further giving new super cash with expiry date. Any new super cash back should be given when earlier is exhausted but they are not following this.
This is clearly a cheating case. Paytm their competitor is giving cash back in consumer wallet directly than can be used in further transactions.
I request you to please pass order to stop malpractices and immediately stop cheating customers.
