Mobikwik — online shopping refund

Respected sir,
I ordered a product through shopclues online which i made the payment with mobiquik virtual card but due some default i have to return that product whose is reflecting by 7 september. But sir till now it have not camed in my wallet [protected] through payment gateway the rrn (Refund reference number) is[protected] please help regarding the payment issue of rs 166!!!

On[protected] I made a transfer from mobikwik wallet to my account but I don't got any credit in my account nor got balance back in my balance... No bloody customer care person is responding on this... I need my money back otherwise I will lodge a complaint against this site in consumer court...

Added 20, 000 in my mobikwik wallet. Tried to transfer 10, 000 to my bank account. Money got deducted however bank account isn't credited. Ticket #9071638. I want my money back in my bank account.
