My online transaction (through SBI netbanking) to pay Act broadband bill via Mobikwik wallet had failed on 15th Jan 2016, and the amount Rs.1545 was deducted from my SBI bank account (SBI transaction reference number: IG0BHSOLL6).
I had raised complaint with Mobikwik regarding refund of money (complaint ticket#4233930 ). However, they informed me that they didnt receive money from bank, and asked me to check with bank.
Then I has raised complaint with SBI bank regarding this money deduction for failed transaction (SBI complaint # PT[protected]. SBI informed me that the money had been successfully paid to the merchant so wasn't refunded.
I again followed up with mobikwik (using same complaint ticket#4233930) infoming about update from bank and asked for my money refund, but no one from mobikwik is responding since a month.
It has been more than 40 days, and I have not got my money refunded.
Kindly look into this issue, and help me getting my hard earn money refunded.
