On 4rth dec 2020, i have done a recharge through mobiwik of 100 ₹ to [protected]

The amount got deducted but recharge was not reflected in the particular number, as it was not having an active plan .So I contacted BSNL, they told that it was not done to the number so it should reflect back to my account.When I looked into the mobwik app, i found that it's mentioned recharge was successful.but the amount has not yet reached the number yet.I am really dissatisfied with your service, i want my amount back .Or else I will go to customer court for the same.This is the 5th time I am contacting you.But still now no result.I want my money back.
