Mobikwik — Overdue Charges on Closed Loan

I had taken a loan through MobiKwik for INR 30000.
I had foreclosed it and I can see in my credit report that I've a overdue charge of INR 536.
I tried contacting the lender Fullerton India and they informed me to contact MobiKwik.
Upon contacting MobiKwik they are again asking me to contact Fullerton.
