Mobikwik — Payment deduct but bill paid not done

Address:93 Indra Nagar Meerut road Hapur 245101

I have paid, 19999 to my Sbi credit card bill payment on 13th May 2022 using mobikwik app from hdfc credit card .

But till date sbi credit card bill Payment not done.
(Attached screen shot of payment.)
Please resolve this problem.
