Mobikwik — payment done for electricity not received by maharashtra electricity board .still not processed by mobikwik

I payed electricity bill of Rs 1130 from mobikwik . Even after 4 days no confirmation received from Maharshtra electricity board . Complaint mobikwik about it, they asked to raise complaint in BBPS by adding trasaction ID. After entering transaction ID in BBPS it give error message ' something not working'. No further response from mobikwik. customer care no. is invalid.
