Mobikwik — payment not credited to the merchant | |||
1. Transaction id: 566a615af69a3 for rs.2500. 2.. Transaction id: 566a64af92877 for rs.2500. I have paid a merchant through mobikwik with the above mentioned transaction reference numbers. My card account has been debited on 05.03.2018 itself but the amount not credited to the merchant. Now as on 09.03.2018 the amount is neither credited to the merchant nor credited back to my card account. When tried to contact mobikwik they have a mobile number which gets disconnected after the ivrs. So being a service provider they don't have a dedicated helpline number. I could not reach them over phone so i sent a mail for which i have not got any reply. Please help me to get back my money. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
