I am Jagatram Mohanta ([protected]), have availed the service of Mobikwik App since last two years. Every time, I was adding money to the Mobikwik Wallet and subsequently the same wallet money was getting used in money transfer. In the same trend, I had added Rs.9500/- in the Mobikwik wallet on 01st May 2023. However, the same got stuck. Whenever, I am trying to transfer the money, it is denying citing a reason "PAN AND AADHAAR GENDER DOES NOT MATCH". The issue has been taken up with the Customer Support Centre of MobiKwik many times. I have provided all the required documents for verification also. However, at the end, they suggested to re-apply the PAN and the acknowledgement copy of it. The PAN got re-issued also. Even though the same issue is still persisting. I am feeling harassed and agonized. The amount is still stuck, I am unable to transfer the fund from my wallet. The complaint is not being attended by Mobikwik now. Was this information helpful? |
