Mobikwik — Payment Not made But Deducted from Wallet

I make a payment to EBAY( Rs.253) its deduct from my wallet but not pay to EBAY. Showing some error. I ask to Support They said that, I have checked our system and we have found that you have already added the money and successfully made the payment towards to EBAY. what should i do Date :12/10/2014 Email ID : sharrl.[protected]@gmail.com Wallet Debit to EBAY Transaction Id AMBK[protected]
