Dear agent, I am anand gajanan chavhan Mobile no.[protected] Amount of deduct rs.871 Last 3days my payment not refund in my wallet and account what’s going on mobiwik i think you don’t care of your customers that’s y your not taking seriously. And i have already my complaint raise with your agent. But no one help me. I need money in urgent. So please help me don’t ignore my complaint. I have made a payment to merchant mobile numbers of Rs 16, 000/- but the amount has been deducted from my account but not credited to merchant bank account which they linked to their bank account.
Am unable to contact ur customer care team
