Sir I made a payment for my bsnl recharge on 1st January from mobikwik app mobile no [protected] by order no MBK[protected] operator no[protected]. money deducted but recharge not placed. I made a complaint to bsnl they replied that they didn't received any payment from mobikwik.
I also made complaint to mobikwik customer support many times but they didn't respond to my complaints
