Mobikwik — payment paid twice

I had also taken loan from mobikwik - part of aditya birla group... My loan ac no is lxw-m[protected] i was paying my all the installment though paytm my self.. One day i receive a call for direct debit service i said ok send your personal.. Person came to my home and collect documents and signature.. He said know no need to paying manually know payment will cut automatically.. But after payment date i paid late fee because.. Some problem from company side they couldn't deduct my payment. For this i pay penalty of 800 along with installment..

And know today on 12 march 2019 i again received msg to pay your chaque bouns fee.. And my total outstanding was showing 2684 rs something which again i paid for sake of my cibil.
