Mobikwik — payment to domino's: balance deducted but order not placed

I made a payment to dominos for rs. 470 on 30/07/2017 (Screenshot attached). The balance was deducted but the order was not placed. I confirmed this from dominos multiple times. Tried to reach to mobikwik's customer care, but sadly nothing is available but a ticket generation through the app.
I haven't received any communication from mobikwik, no clarification regarding the matter.
Will never ever again fall for traps of wallet payments.
