[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Please terminate the services for my mother's Mobikwik account

I had bought the new 5g handset and exchanged with the old 4g handset. I am not able to detach the handset and attach the new handset. I have told Mobikwik to remove the UPI registered for my mother's account. They are not able to deregister the associated UPI and I also cannot do it as handset is exchanged. I have asked them to terminate the account immediately as I am not able to register the UPI. Please immediately terminate the account.
