Mobikwik — postpaid payment issue. | |||||
As per your mobikwik post paid recharge terms we should recharge a week before the date of the payment to be done. Accordingly i had done the payment few days before the due date it didn't get recharged. The money came back to the account. This has happened twice already. I need a reply for this as mobikwik wont be of any use to me if these issues keep occurring again and again. I cant even take the money to my account nor recharge using it. Need a quick reply.
