Dear team Mobikwik,
I'm extremely sorry to update you that I have not yet received any response from your end after 24 hrs even after several follow up over mail and help support option in your app where I have been trying to reach you over the phone as well but it's very very disappointing that not responding from your side, details of phone calls log attached as ready refn.
Therefore, my earnest request to you to expedite investigation process and block these two successive transactions dtd 13.09.22 and refund full amount urgently to continue with Mobikwik, else it needs to be closed forever and I will not pay against these two fraud transactions (MBK[protected] & MBK[protected].
Hence, pls look into this matter and do the needful favorably on top most priority basis to continue with so called esteemed and prestigious Mobikwik app.
Your immediate action and positive response would be highly appreciated in resolving these two fraud transactions at the earliest without any more delays.
