I have recharged rs 100 from my mobikwik wallet on dt[protected] at 10.44 pm aganist bsnl odisha cell no [protected].rs 100 deducted from my mobikwik wallet reducing balance from from rs 1014 to 914.the transction id is [protected].the transaction was unsuccessful.till today they have not refunded rs 100.kindly initiate necessary steps for refund of rs 100 to my wallet.
