Mobikwik — recharge failed amount deducted in credit card

Can u please refund my money in 24 hrs..? My transaction id is en[protected]
My mobile ([protected]) is not recharged.. But quite efficiently dey deducted d money..
Definitely not going to use it anymore.. Quite unprofessional experience..
Refund the money in the wallet itself.. I tried to lodge a complaint in the app itself but there is a pop up coming everytime saying "invalid login id"... There is everything fine in my profile.. I don't know what dey want.. Stupidest app ever
