[Resolved] Mobikwik — recharge money deducted twice at a same time

My name is yasmeen and my number is jio= [protected]. Yesterday i received the message that if i recharge the rs. 399 on my jio number from mobikwik, then i will get a cashback of 150, i follow the all procedure 1st time i did the transaction it wass gone failed, then after same time again i do the transaction is successful through debit card, but mobikwik app deducted my money both the time. I want to my money refund as soon as.

I request this forum please dont divulge the ph no as some fraudulent try to deceive over phone to trace out debit card no for refund as calling them executive of the concerned company.so please delete my complain from the screen.
