Mobikwik — recharge not done amount debited from bank/wallet | |
I have recharged for Rs. 398 for my IDEA number [protected], (Transaction ID: 2068885) amount debited and received a payment/recharge successful message in my desktop, but in reality recharge didn't happen and received a SMS to my IDEA number on recharge failure. This is really a headache to use MOBIKWIK wallet. Kindly look into this ASAP I'm not able to contact Mobikwik support through phone/e-mail/neither I received a response to my tickets (# 7675828 & # 7694508). E-mail support says "Your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@mobikwik.com. Their inbox is full". It is quite irritating. Kindly assist and take necessary steps to resolve the issue ASAP.
