Mobikwik — REFUND AMOUNT 1400RS

Dear Sir, on 14.06.2015 i upload the cash 1400rs(TWO TIMES) to mobikwik wallet from my two bank accounts.one was successfully added to mobikwik wallet and another one is not upload the cash to mobikwik, because it was failed...still i didn't get the refund amount 1400rs to my bank account... ICICI BANK TRANSACTION DETAILS: Transaction ID [protected] Narration: towards payee ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICES PVT LTD Bill Number: BIL/[protected]/ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVIC/4066_ZP14DF Amount: 1, 400.00 SBH TRANSACTION DETAILS: Transaction date: 14-Jun-2015 Narration: TO TRANSFERINB Avenues India Pvt.Ltd Bank Refference number: CCACF1BTF524IG0AEITWL1 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PVT.LTD. Amount: 1, 400.00 suppose if the two transactions was successful, then where is the 2800rs amount in my mobikwik wallet, there was credited only one amount 1400rs and remaining 1400rs wasn't credited. Now u r understand what i'm saying to u...so pls check the two bank transactions and refund my failure amount 1400rs to bank...because its already too late to refund my amount 1400rs.. thank u

Dear sir don't take any further step to regarding this issue, because i can't bare the processing charges on this particular issue...if it is solved by mobikwik customer care, then definitely contact u...
