Mobikwik — refund and harassment issue

Dear sir,

Myself ved prakash tripathi having account no. [protected] i had made a transaction of rs. 4900/- transaction id 4165_0619_[protected]_89050830 dated - 19.06.2019 from mobikwik vartul card to phone pe amount deducted from my account but transaction failed in phone pe account. So phone pe initiated refund and refunded as dated - 19.06.2019 3:59pm with refund transaction id : rep1906191556087491144222 but still not showing in my account.
Please resolve this issue.
I attached a screenshot of refund initiated with transaction id.

379 Rs. Has deducted from my account but transaction was failed.
From UPI payment was done but it was failed then also amount deducted from account.

7days back compliant raise no one is respond for the customer care please call back and respond us my money is not credited my bank account if you don't respond I will compliant on court

Dear sir, my mobiquick wallet to bank account is money transferred but wallet is debited but money is not credited to my bank account already complaint raised in 7days back but no one is respond please call back and respond us.
