I made a transaction in Mobikwik to pay my credit card due on September 26th of 2023, however, I received an email after the transaction stating that it was an unsuccessful transaction, from then I have requested them to refund the money and I have raised a complaint on the same as well, the ticket ID is 9925408 and shared the account statement as well with them. But till today, they said they are working on it, I am getting in touch with them daily, and since it's been more than two weeks I don't have any hopes from the customer service of the Mobikwik team, I am requesting a refund to my account as soon as possible.
