Mobikwik — Refund money rolled back

I ordered products from jiomart on 25th February 2022, unfortunately they cancelled my order got cancelled on 26th of February 2022. The jiomart iniated refund on 27th of February 2022. But I see in my mobikwik transaction statement mentioned as "Refund money Rollback". Instead of getting a refund in my Bank account the money is rolled back. Upi 908 rupees was to be refunded. I tried to reach customer care, but no success. They are not responding. Please kindly help if possible. [protected]@gmail.com
