My mobile number is [protected] and have a mobikwik account with this number. I have made a payment of rs 5925.36 to rozorpay to book a hotel on 16th april through mobikwik. The booking was subsequently cancelled on 25th april due to personal reasons. The merchant has processed the refund on 26th april and details can be seen in the attached photo. It's been more than 20 days, the mobikwik has not refunded the amount to me. I've put a request through the mobikwik app (Ticket #8387928) but i get a standard reply that we are contacting the merchant for refund. Please process my refund of rs 5925.36 immediately.
Also mobikwik's customer care number doesn't work. I tried calling multiple times but it doesn't work. There is no way you can contact their grievance handling department.
