Mobikwik — Refund not received for failed transaction

I ordered goods from flipkart for rs 813 on 8th march and paid via mobikiwik blue card with transaction id[protected], but after few hours flipkart notified me that the transaction has been failed and any amount debited will be refunded since from that day i'm waiting for my refund, nor my order placed neither i got my refund
flipkart confirmed me that payment not received by them via email hence now its turn for mobikiwk to refund my amount
even after several tweet complaint and tried calling nothing received, even the phone line is not working from past 1 week (number of mobikiwik i tried calling is [protected] and this is the only number written on their website)
even the help section of the mobile application is asking me to wait forever and also not allowing me to reply any mesasage
please help me
