[Resolved] Mobikwik — Refund of 25000 has been stuck but Customer service non responding and poor payment gateway. | |||
Transferred ₹25000 CC payment from my axis bank through mobikwik payment gateway tried 2 times on 31-03-22 but failed and one time amount refunded/credited in my bank but 2nd time failed msg rcvd but amount not refunded/updated in my bank account as on today (2nd April 22) Calling at mobikwik support number but not responding. Opened ticket also but no response/resolution from any person from mobikwik. This company was doing very well previously but from 2-3 months it’s performance is so poor and harassing.
